For more than 30 years, I’ve been passionate about helping business owners and business leaders live out their God-given purpose in every area of life. After building a very successful construction company and leading it through years of record growth, I sold the company to dedicate my life to equipping business leaders to find success by applying God's Word to their businesses and their lives. I was also a founding elder and helped build one of the five largest churches in the United States. Today, I mentor leaders, equip churches, and provide biblical tools that have impacted thousands across industries and communities.
My deepest conviction is that God's ways work. I believe every business owner and leader can find success by applying biblical principles to their professional and personal life. That’s why I created MasterPlan—to equip leaders like you to live out these principles in every part of life and business.

That conviction is why I started MasterPlan Business Ministries. My heart has always been to disciple business leaders with both biblical truth and practical tools so they can thrive in every area of life. MasterPlan Business Ministries has two divisions that help business leaders succeed in life, MasterPlan Business Leaders and MasterPlan Ministries.
MasterPlan Business Leaders is a group-based program created for business owners and leaders of all backgrounds and experience where you can start your own group. Gather your friends, fellow business leaders, or church members and go through the biblically based business leaders program as a group. The MasterPlan program has proven to be successful with thousands of business owners and leaders over the past 30+ years, and I'm excited to make it available to you!

MasterPlan Ministries provides churches with a complete solution to reach and disciple business leaders. Participating churches receive hands-on guidance, a biblically grounded curriculum, training, and a custom learning management system that equips business leaders to grow in their faith and influence.

About Steve
Steve Dulin graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Business Management. In 1990, he founded Milestone Construction, Inc., in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, where he served as owner and president for over 20 years. In 1996, while still leading Milestone, Steve began equipping churches and organizations with resources to disciple business owners and leaders. Then, in 2009, after completing more than 2,500 projects, Steve sold the company to devote his time to ministry.
Since then, he has mentored thousands of business leaders, and developed a biblically based curriculum that has been embraced globally.​ What started small has grown into a movement embraced by thousands of leaders and some of the largest churches in America.
